Scott B. Semaya is the founder and managing member of Semaya Forensics & Valuation, LLC.  Scott devotes his practice to advising counsel, business owners, and other stakeholders in litigation support, business valuation & forensic accounting matters. 

He has 15 years of experience in complex commercial litigation, matrimonial litigation, and valuing closely-held businesses for estate, gift, and corporate planning purposes.  Scott has testified as an expert witness.

Scott established the firm following years of development at the Big Four and accounting advisory practices, where he was mentored by prominent experts in litigation support, forensic accounting, and business valuation.
